                                                        IMPORTANCE OF LEARNING ENSLISH

        Our world has been getting smaller and smaller due to the globalization and advancements in technology. Also, today’s globalized world becomes increasingly connected. Thus, learning English and our ability to use English have become one of the most important things in our lives because English is known as the world’s official common language. Since we need it in every area of our lives, everybody feel obliged to learn English. I can say easily that we always come across it while walking, watching TV and surfing on the net.  I can easily provide or list several advantages of learning English.
The first advantage I would like to mention is related to job opportunities. I think we need English language skills while we are looking for a job. These days, almost all firms are searching for staff who can speak English in order to reach more people because technology is improving day by day so firms are getting bigger and bigger in comparison to the former ones. Thus, firms are not operating only in their own country but also in other countries. These large market operations of firms necessitate recruiting people who can speak English and easily communicate people from other countries.
The second advantage of learning English is to reach all types of information in the world.  If you understand English, you can easily reach all news and events in the world by using telecommunication technologies. Thus, you are quickly informed about the latest news and world-wide issues. Moreover, if you speak and understand English, you can reach all academic sources, have the recent developments in your field of study and communicate with people who academicians and students from other countries. Thus, learning English is a very critical advantage for university students and academicians today.
The third advantage of learning English is to understand and benefit from other cultures in the world. If you speak English, you can communicate with people from other cultures and learn many things about their culture and life styles.  This would widen your world view and makes you a world citizen. Moreover, if you travel around the world and visit other countries, English would  be your best friend. Your English would make everything easy for you and you could do  everything on your own.
In sum, learning English is necessary in today’s small world and brings many advantages to people speaking English. If you learn English, you will have a higher chance of getting a good job, easily reach recent news and a huge amount of information thorough internet, and increase your cultural understanding. I think that speaking English is freedom. Moreover, everybody must learn English because we need it every area of our lives nowadays.

                         THE FEAST OF RAMAZAN

 There are many important religious feasts for Muslims. They are two, including feast of Ramazan and feast of Kurban. These feasts are the most important days for Muslims. It is thought that the Muslims closer to each other in these feasts. These feasts have a different properties. One of the most important feasts is that feast of Ramazan. People make ​​many preparations for this feast.They want to meet guests in the best way.

   Firstly, all Muslims are fasting during the month of Ramazan  while they are fasting and helping to poor people . Morover,they organize dinner for iftar and invite their neigbours, friends and relations. I think that iftar meals are  one of the most beautiful features of Ramazan because people become close to each other.Furthermore,we can eat meal with many people  who we don’t know their names  in big iftar dinner. After people fasted during month, they are rewarded with a feast of Ramazan. Actually, all Muslims wait this feast during the month of Ramazan.

  

     Secondly,guests have always been a big importance for Muslims.People give a big importance to guests in this month.They begin to prepare  in advance. They prefer to do something sweetened such as Baklava, Kadayıf. How they are doing these desserts ? It is the most beautiful thing.In some areas,women gathered in a house and they made their own desserts. Thus, they have made them easier and quicker. Moreover,one of the most popular thing is that everybody cleans their houses before feast.  After than,  the feast day, which is waited by everybody, come and  everybody is happy and exited. Everybody hug and kiss each other.The hands of elder people are kissed  and  wanted children  to be happy so elder people give money them. People visit each other during feast and are offered sweet, dessert and coffee. They chat with each other while eating something.

   Thirdly,ıf you have a crowded family,feast is more beautiful for you because your  relations came to your home for feast. You can chat with them,who you haven’t seen for a long time,and eat meal altogether. Furthermore, the most important thing is that people shouldn’t fall out with each other. If they are falled out each other, they should make a peace with each other because the feast is peace, brotherhood and love.

  In short,the feast of Ramazan is the most meaningful and beautiful day for Muslims.This feast is most important feast  for them because of their religion and culture.I think that new generations are taught this cultural values such as kissing  elder people and visiting elder people. They have never give their cultures up.

                              LİFES OF PEOPLE İN OLD AGES

   Life is changing day by day. A new thing being found by someone over the world every day. Technology is getting improve. Because people live more comfortable,they try to find a new things.Maybe,while they are finding a technolocigal devices,they  lose a many things such as cultures, sinceritiy. They had  little things  but, they  were happier than now.They had got a lot of friends in old ages.They knew  that they share something each other.They gradually lose these values.

   Firstly,  the standards of living was lower than now. People didn’t have a lot of clothes. Briefly , they didn’t want to spend money for clothes because, they thought that it was a waste of money. They  earned money under difficult conditions and preferred  to spent  for meal. Moreover, children  didn’t have technological devices such as television, telephone, computer for passing time. They played  game in  the street or in the garden. Furthermore, everyone hadn’t  their own house. People had a larger families than now. Because they earned little money, they  spend this money for more food.

    Secondly, technology didn’t improve like today. They didn’t have many hospital, school. When they were ill, they were trying to heal themselves. Generally, they used the plant to threat. Some of these treatment cure disease but, it couldn’t cure some severe diseases. So, many people died in old ages because of disease . Other hand , there was no technological devices so life is much harder than now. They had to do everything by human power because they didn’t have another   option. Although They had got less  thing, they were happier than now. Because, knew how to be happy with less.

   Thirtly, people were able to trust much more each other in old ages. Neighborly relations were more advanced. For example, people could give their keys up neighbors  without thinking. But, no one can do it nowadays. On the other hand, people, who lived in old ages, had got much more close friends so they could share more with each other. But, we can say easily that  new generation don’t know sharing because they can’t pass time with each other. New generation prefer to stay at home, to play computer game.

    Fourthly, we have an advanced technology so we can do more work, wearing less. We use technological devices such as telephones, computers in every area of our lives. We can do our job easier with these devices. For example, while we are sitting on my chair, we can do shopping thanks to net. Moreover, we can speak with our families or friends face to face. But, while we are doing this, we lose our social environment and our friends. We can’t so friendly each other like old people.

   In short, we can say easily that old people lived under hard conditions but they were very happy and they knew the value of all, which they had got. They were more intimate with each other and keen to culture. But, new generation only think about themselves and don’t want to share anything with each other. They don’t know their cultures and traditions and don’t try to learn them. I think that new generation never understand old people and to be like them.

  Single –life and married life are different from eachother.

1.0Firstly, Marriage life requires  responsibility

   Shortly ,Single –life and married life are not the same

Differences of between single life and married life

    We can define that the marriage is to combine two people's lives.İt means that laugh together and cry together. The most important one is that it means that too much responsibility.Single life is that you're freer and more comfortable.Single –life and married life are different from eachother.Things,whıch did when we were single, we can not do when we were married. We have more responsibility when we get married.Nobody can go on their life  as  previous life. 

    Firstly, Marriage life requires  responsibility very much.While people are single they havent got much more responsibilities.For examle,single people can go out  any time of day.But,after getting married,they  should pass time their children and wife.Anymore,they have a new life with their children and wife.They have to educate their children.Moreover,they should know to share life.If they came across a problem,they should be supportive to each other.After you got married,you had to think your parter and your chıldren.Your family has some expectations and you have to do them.

     Secondly, single life is exactly the opposite.We can not do everything,which did before we didnt get married.Single person  can stay out as late hours.But,we can say that night life finish after getting married.For examle,single people have many activities such as playing football,go to cinema.They can do  this activities easily when they are single.After getting married,these activities are done less or they can be finished.Because,married people are busier than single people.But,sometimes,being single is loneliness.For example,when we came to home,we can’t find anyone to cheating.Furthermore,when you are sick,you dont have someone to take care of you.Yo have to interested in yourself.

      Shortly ,Single –life and married life are not the same.  We can understand that everybody changed after  getting married.Because,they have to change.    After getting married we should pay more attention to our attitudes and behavior.It is obvious that we have much more resbonsibility after getting married.
